The GIREP-EPEC 2025 conference will be held 30 June – 4 July 2025 in Leiden, The Netherlands. It is organized by the International Research Group on Physics Teaching – GIREP (Groupe International de Recherche sur l’Enseignement de la Physique), the European Physical Society, the Leiden Institute of Physics, and the Leiden University Graduate School of Teaching. It is currently planned on site at the Faculty of Science. The theme of the conference is “Transforming physics learning via research and practice”.

The programme is planned from Monday morning till Friday afternoon with excursions on Wednesday afternoon, and will consist of plenary talks, parallel oral sessions, symposia, workshops, and poster sessions.

The GIREP community is a vibrant physics education research community and it would be great to have many people from the UK participating.
